Clamp On Shaft Collars

One Piece Clamp On Shaft Collars grip shafts tightly and are secured using a single screw. Their radial clamping design causes less damage to shafts than set screw shaft collars.

If you do not have access to the end of the shaft, consider using a Two Piece Clamp On Shaft Collar. Two screws allow the collar to be completely disassembled, allowing for installation between shaft components or other obstructions, yet still grip the shaft securely. Use instead of set screw shaft collars when shaft damage needs to be minimized.

Set Screw Shaft Collars

Consisting of a collar and a set screw, just slide these Set Screw Shaft Collars into position and tighten the set screw. If you are concerned about damage to the shaft, consider using a one piece clamp on shaft collar; if you do not have access to a shaft end, use a two piece clamp on shaft collar.
