Stud Mount Cable Ties Stud mount cable ties self lock onto the threads of a 1/4-20 screw or stud—no nut is required. Otherwise functioning like standard cable ties, they are strap-type fasteners made of nylon that are used to bundle and secure wires and cables. Black ties are considered "weatherable"; choose a UV Stabilized cable tie if resistance to ultraviolet (UV) radiation is needed. Width is the approximate width of the band and length is the approximate end-to-end length. Wider ties are stronger and longer ties will accommodate a larger bundle diameter. |
